Q: I have online banking and I noticed after I signed up I received a charge of less then $2.00
A: The charge you are seeing is NOT an actual charge. It is listed as a pre-authorization charge verifying that your credit card is valid. In 3-5 days this Authorization charge will remove itself from the pending transactions list.

Q: I sold an item, now what?
A: After your auction has ended, your buyer will receive an email with an option to pay now. After your buyer has paid, you will receive an email confirming payment. We urge you to not ship your item until your payment has been received.
Q: I bought an item, now what?
A: After winning an auction, you will receive an email with all of the information on the item you purchased. The email will include shipping cost and final item cost. Also in the email, you will be able to pay now with either credit card or PayPal.
Q: I paid for my item and the seller never sent the item. What can I do?
A: Every member is required to agree to our Terms & Conditions before listing an item. With that in mind, your bid is a contract. If the seller does not send you the item you have paid for, we ask that you contact the seller via email in regards to the dispute. If the conflict is not resolved at that point, please email disputes@collegebooksused.com. If the item is still not recieved within 30 days of auction close, the seller will be fined $25 and the buyer will be reimbursed for their final value purchase cost.
Q: I shipped my item to my buyer and he/she never paid. What can I do?
A: Once again we urge you to not send your item unless your item has been paid for. However, their bid is a contract and if your item has not been paid for within 30 days, please email disputes@collegebooksused.com.
Q: I received negative feedback and I don't deserve it.
A: To resolve feedback issues, you will need to email feedback@collegebooksused.com and provide details on your auction as well as your case.
Q: What is PayPal?
A: PayPal is a system where anyone with an email address can securely send and receive payments using their credit card or bank account. CollegeBooksUsed.com members can use PayPal to quickly pay for auction items.
